Delivery Costs

Our standard delivery fee is R115.00 (VAT included) per box, per delivery, nationwide across South Africa.

We deliver to physical addresses throughout South Africa. Please note we do not deliver to informal settlements at this time.

Orders placed by 12:00 will be dispatched the same day.
Same-day delivery is available in Johannesburg & Pretoria for orders placed and paid before 09:00.
Orders for Johannesburg & Pretoria placed after 09:00 will be delivered the next business day.
Cape Town & Durban: Next-day delivery if ordered before 12:00.
Other major centres & outlying areas: Delivery within 2–3 business days, provided all delivery information is correct.
No deliveries take place on Saturdays, Sundays, or Public Holidays.

During peak times (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), please place orders at least 4 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Once your order is confirmed, we can email you a tracking number upon request so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the gift box.
Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, government buildings, etc. will be made to the appropriate reception area.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility transfers to the recipient or receiving authority once signed for.
If delivering to a hospital, it is the sender’s responsibility to confirm that the recipient is still admitted and in the correct ward. The Little Box will not be held liable if this is not verified in advance.
