Delivery Costs

Standard Delivery (nationwide): R140, receive your order within 4 business days
Local Express Delivery (JHB & PTA only): R180, receive your order within 2 business days
Express Delivery (outside of JHB & PTA): R200, receive your order within 2 business days

Delivery Areas

We deliver to physical addresses throughout South Africa. Please note we do not deliver to informal settlements at this time.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

All of our Little Boxes are carefully hand-packed in our Johannesburg studio. Because many of our items are handmade and/or sourced from small local suppliers, our processing times may vary slightly - but we always aim to dispatch as quickly as possible.

Dispatch Times
• Website product orders: 1-2 business days, depending on your delivery option
• Custom or branded boxes: 5–8 business days
• Large or corporate orders: lead times confirmed upon quote

If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll gladly check our schedule to see if we can make a plan.

Peak Season Deliveries

During peak times (e.g. Christmas, Easter, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day), please place orders at least 5 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you'll automatically be sent an email with a link where you can track your parcel's progress.

Delivery Conditions

It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the gift box.
Deliveries to hospitals, nursing homes, government buildings, etc. will be made to the appropriate reception area.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Responsibility transfers to the recipient or receiving authority once signed for.
If delivering to a hospital, it is the sender’s responsibility to confirm that the recipient is still admitted and in the correct ward. The Little Box will not be held liable if this is not verified in advance.
